• These are live group classes with up to 8 students.
• Each class is 60 minutes.
• Progress may be gradual as we assess and support each child’s needs.

Holidays, Makeup Classes, and Absences

• We follow the West Chester School District holiday calendar (e.g., Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
• Major Indian festivals like Diwali will also be observed.
• Please notify absences at least 24 hours in advance to receive a class recording.
• No makeup classes are provided for missed sessions.

Fees, Subscription, and Support

• Fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
• A customer portal will be provided to manage subscriptions.
• Pausing subscriptions temporarily is no longer available.
• If you rejoin after cancellation, the current fee will apply.
