Art Classes in Chester Springs

Once in a week In-Person class for kids 6+.   Please read the terms and conditions and make-up policies before signing up.

Pricing

1. Pricing mentioned here is for per month
2. Total of 4 sessions are done in a month.
3. Minimum 4 sessions are required
4. Make up sessions can be done based on availability

What to expect

Kids will learn drawing, sketching, coloring,  painting and composition. They will learn various techniques and gradually would be able to build their own artwork. These classes are for kids who are beginner and intermediate level.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Total of 4 session per month ($90).
2. Minimum of four payments required if you subscribe for weekly payments.
3. Non refundable fee will be charged in advance every month for weekly classes
   
4. No commitment; you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. Kindly inform us prior to your card being charged at least two days before. Please note that once your card is charged, refunds will not be issued.
5. We can have maximum of 8 students in class
6. Kids to bring their own supplies and supply list will be shared post registration
7. Please expect your kid to show progress gradually, I may take some time to assess the current skill gap and will work on them accordingly.
8. I am operating from my home. Parents please be assured that kids wil have safe environment.
9. We do not have any waiting area for parents/guadians, kindly do not request for it.
10. We try and maintain punctuality for best use of class time.
11. Any fee paid for a particular sibling are non-transferable to another sibling if original sibling discontinues the class.We kindly ask you do not request to transfer these fees to another siblings as this is not in line with our policy.
12. Parents( or an allocated responsible adult) must be contactable at all time during class.
13. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any participant who poses a disciplinary problem or disrupts class.
14. In case you need to take a break from your classes,you have the option to cancel your subscription.When you are ready to resume,you will need to check the availability in the desired batch.Additionally,please be aware that if you choose to sign up again after cancellation,you will be required to pay the current fees at that time.Pausing the subscription temporarily is no longer available.
    
    
    

    Holidays

    1. We'll follow west chester school district school's holiday list(Memorial Day,Labor day,Thanksgiving , Christmas and New year etc)
    2. All important Indian festivals will be declared as holidays in advance.(Diwali)
    3. There will be no makeup class 

Make-up policies

Please note : If a student misses a class for any reason, there will be no makeup classes hosted. However, we will do our best to ensure that the student is caught up on what they missed as soon as possible. On the other hand, if we cancel a class for any reason, we will definitely host a makeup class at a later date to replace the canceled class.

Our make-up policy prioritizes individual attention and benefits all students by preventing class overload, which can be difficult to manage. However, it's important to note that make-up classes are not guaranteed and are only available under specific circumstances-

• If absence from a class has been communicated at least 24 hours in advance - a NO CALL,NO SHOW does NOT qualify for makeup class.
• If there is an availability in different batch.
• Makeup class need to be finished in same month-it CANNOT be carried forward.
• No more than 1 makeup classes would be provided.
• No refund or balance will be carried forward to the next month.
• Fee will NOT be pro-rated for any missed class.
